Day 6-Bargaining

Shopping AGAIN!

Today, we went shopping again! Ms Yap is a very SUPER good bargainer. I wonder has she ever attended lesson on "How to bargain". She wanted to buy a stamp with her name carved on it. That tiny little thing cost 208 Yuan, it is about $40 in Singapore Currency. It cost a lot, right? Ms Yap dare to bargain to the shopkeeper and got the stamp at only 80 Yuan. That was a good buy!

Kids have good bargaining skill too! From what we have learnt from Ms Yap, Wei Shan and I also applied some bargaining skill. Wei Shan wanted to buy a pair of earrings for her mother. It cost 108 Yuan. That was bargaining time again! I brave up to bargain to the shopkeeper, "we're just kids and my friend wants to buy this pair of earrings for her mother, so could you sell it at 20 Yuan only, please?" The shopkeeper did not hesitate to agree on that. Wow! Bargaining is easy!

From the shopping experience we realised that if we want to get good buy in china, we definitely have to bargin, bargain and bargain!

These are some of the items I bought at a lower price through bargaining
